About Us

Since 2017, it has been our desire to carefully care for a variety of corals and lower animals and to establish them on the market. It is important to us not only to meet the needs of the residents of our facilities, but also those of our customers. To ensure this, all new arrivals undergo a 14-day quarantine and are regularly checked for pests and stowaways. Although our main focus is on high-end LPS and SPS corals, we also care for the simplest beginner animals so that there is something for everyone.

Since we have been shipping our corals and lower animals throughout Europe for years, we have been able to continually improve our shipping methods. This experience enables us to ensure that shipping is as loss-free and stress-free as possible, regardless of the season. This is why special high-performance thermal materials make shipping possible at temperatures as low as -10°C! Over time, we have calculated a manageable low DOA arrival rate (DOA = Dead on Arrival). Should an accident occur during transport, the animal will be replaced if it dies. You can find more information here.

How much does shipping cost?

That depends entirely on what was ordered.

We offer the following rates for live animal shipping:

  • Premium Overnight Express for 25,90€ (free shipping from 250,00€)

International live animal shipping:

  • Premium UPS Worldwide Express for 49,95€ (free shipping from 750,00€)
  • UPS ISE Express Saver for 39.95€ (free shipping from 450.00€)

The following options are available for shipping products:

  • Standard product shipping for only 6,90€ (free shipping from 100,00€)
  • Premium Express surcharge for 4,90€

Do the animals need to acclimatize after shipping?

As a rule, corals are neither adjusted to the water values ​​nor to the temperatures, but are placed in the aquarium immediately after unpacking.

However, it should be noted that invertebrates such as mussels, crustaceans, snails, sea urchins and the like must be carefully adapted to the aquarium water. You can find a short guide on how this works here

What corals can you recommend for the initial stocking?

Soft corals are particularly suitable for the initial stocking of an aquarium.

There are many different species that are also very easy to care for. You can click here to discover our selection of soft corals.

Furthermore, encrusting anemones or normal anemones are suitable for the initial stocking.

What are signature corals?

Signature corals are those corals that have been bred under aquarium conditions and have a coloration specific to the name.

Our own signature corals are abbreviated with the abbreviation PR (PR= Premium Reefing).

When will I receive my delivery?

We generally try to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

However, it is important, especially for live animal shipments, that desired delivery dates are specified when ordering.

However, in cases of severe storms, regional or national holidays or extremely high shipping volumes, the delivery date may be postponed. In such situations, we will contact you via email to find a new shipping date.
